Twelve year old sisters Diane and Robin Marsh share fun, adventures, and a few pranks aboard the Starship Polaris in the year 2297. The two mischevious girls live on board the Polaris with their father, Captain William Marsh, who also happens to be the commander of the ship. While visiting their grandparent's ranch on Earth the girls are abducted by an alien ship, kidnappers who are out to make money and seek revenge against their father. Using their creativity and resourcefullness the girls find a way off the alien ship and return home, only to discover that no one recognizes them. Thrown into a parallel universe that is almost identical to their own, will the girls ever find their way back home? (Ages 9-12)
