Home In Time For Dinner By Kathryn Ellis Review By Christina Lewis
What would you do if you saw a face on one of those missing kid shows that looked just like yours? Fifteen-year-old Chris Ramsay is living a normal, but strict, life with his father in Dallas, Texas. Chris hadn't thought much of the fact there are no family photos on the walls, he doesn't know what his mom looked like, or even what he looked like as a kid. All he knows is that he was born in Canada. When Chris watches the episode about a boy who was stolen by his father during a custody battle thirteen years ago in Canada, his world is turned upside down. Determined to discover the truth, Chris sets off for Canada. Along the way he meets people who help him, and some who don't, but he knows that he has to remain anonymous so his father won't find him before he gets home to his mother. Because Chris isn't running away, he's running to. (Young Adult)
